Lawyer/Probate and Estate Administration
Nathan is a Probate and Estate Administration lawyer who aims to provide a professional but personal service to clients and their families.
Nathan graduated from Murdoch University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing Management Major). He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2011.
Following his graduation, Nathan worked at a boutique commercial law firm in Perth where he gained experience in probate and estate administration as well as a range of other areas such as estate planning, commercial contracts, intellectual property, debt recovery and commercial leasing.
Overseas work and travel have given him valuable experience in dealing with clients from many different countries and backgrounds.
Nathan has assisted a range of clients with their estate planning needs. This includes preparing simple and complex wills, enduring powers of attorney and guardianship and binding financial agreements.
Nathan has experience in the administration of deceased estates. This includes preparing applications for grants of probate, deeds of family arrangement, transmission/survivorship applications, transfers of land and share transfers.
Nathan wants to assist clients with their estate planning requirements through providing a professional but approachable and relationship-based legal service.
